Working across many different sectors and design briefs ensures that no two projects are the same - nor would we want them to be! Whilst we have a catalogue of over forty pre-designed models, they are all fully adaptable to suit individual requirements or we can even start from a blank slate, the choice is yours. Using the latest and most sophisticated software we produce 3D imagery to enable clients to visualise finished installations, usually within photographic or drawn environments. This service is available free to all clients wishing to purchase shade or tensile fabric structures.

CAD concept design is followed by computer aided engineering of structures with calculations for pre-stress, imposed loads, overturning moments, wind suction and downforce, which enables foundation sizes to be ascertained. It's at this stage that the concept is turned into a viable product that can be built and stand the test of time. Going through this process means that we can offer the ArcCan Guarantee - which is a 10-year warranty on all parts and a life expectancy of 20-25 years.

There is a wide choice of steelwork section sizes, fittings and fabric specifications and colours. With the connection details, cable sizes and fabric patterning completed, fabrication drawings are then prepared ready for manufacture.
